Step 4: Prompts

Each workbook contains 56 interactive Meditation Prompt chapters each with its unique keyword matrix designed to further guide you to your own awareness. Review the words, colors, numbers, and images. Pay attention to keyword patterns, but remember these are only suggestions. Whatever thoughts and feelings come up for you, that is the intuition to follow.

This practice contains over 100 meditation prompts from two practice packs.

Each is designed to further guide you to your own intuitive awareness.

You can click on the pre-selected meditation prompt above or go to Step 5: Process and browse the workbook galleries to see what prompts you!

Step 5: Process

You’re ready to use the Workbook library of meditation prompts below to start processing your practice.

Each meditation prompt contains specially curated words, colors, numbers, and images to guide your experience.

Don’t overthink the keywords. They are merely suggestions. Use whatever intuitive guidance you receive. Trust your inner voice.

The prompts are not intended to tell you the meaning behind each card but guide you to your own understanding with consistent daily practice. Your subconscious sees and knows what is best for you. Each prompt is intentionally keyword-rich but don’t feel overwhelmed as though you have to choose everything. Our suggestion is to focus on one keyword per group. See what jumps out at you, and then record your notes. You might be surprised how easily your intuitive puzzle pieces fall into place.
